Job Summary:
As a Data Analytics Product Manager at Delinea, you will drive the development and adoption of data products that empower our business and customers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact data solutions aligned with Delinea’s product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics Product Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of Delinea’s business processes and data landscape.

  • Partner with data engineers and analysts to design and deliver robust, integrated data solutions.

  • Partner with product managers to ensure that they are prioritizing that the appropriate product data telemetry is collected and available for further analysis

  • Translate cross-functional business needs into clear data product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Own and prioritize the data product backlog in alignment with Delinea's overall product and corporate strategy.

  • Champion adoption of data products through training, documentation, and change management.

Data Governance & Strategy

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders across all of Delinea to identify, prioritize, and deliver data product features.

  • Define and execute the data product roadmap, supporting analytics and business objectives.

  • Foster a strong data culture and promote best practices in data management and analytics.

Qualifications
Required

  • Product Management experience, ideally in data products.

  • Expertise in data integration, ELT, data modeling, querying, and pipeline management.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly.

Preferred

  • Experience in data governance or as a Data Analyst.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC for data products.

  • Experience with PowerBI, Snowflake, or Datadog.
