We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our core eSignature business. You’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our electronic signature capabilities — from defining the vision to driving execution and adoption.

This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a strategic part of our core product with potential to expand and deepen our eSignature capabilities across standard, qualified and advanced signatures. 

We are looking for a product manager who is comfortable and experienced executing across the software product lifecycle and has ambition to create, own and drive a strategic long term vision.

In this role, you will:
  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Product Development
    • Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
    • Prioritize feature backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics.
    • Work closely with sales and customer success to understand user needs and pain points.
    • Present product plans and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Metrics & Performance
    • Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions.
    • Use analytics tools to measure adoption, retention, and user engagement.
  • Lifecycle Management
    • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
    • Coordinate go-to-market strategies, product launches, and cross-functional release plans.
About You: 
  • Pro-active and self starter attitude!
  • 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development teams.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
