ClubLabs is the acceleration team for Auto Club Enterprises, also known as AAA. We are the team responsible for developing products and enhancing member experiences across the organization’s insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. We are a team of engineers, designers, researchers, and product managers within AAA delivering maximum value to our members and business for a smarter future.
As a Product Manager reporting to the Sr. Product Manager for Core Innovation you will be responsible for executing the ideation, development, and launch of key products within AAA’s portfolio. This role will focus on advancing AAA’s products to meet immediate market needs that keep AAA competitive and relevant to different customer segments.
What You Will Do:
Support AAA’s product development strategy and vision for our Core products in Membership, Insurance and Travel
Identify opportunities to enhance products and services through innovation, partnership, and technologies.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand industry and emerging trends.
Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Execute product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
Oversee specific product lifecycle stages, from ideation through development to rollout, ensuring effective implementation.
Partner and develop relationships with key stakeholders across business lines and teams to ensure strategic alignment, prioritization, and product delivery.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
What You Will Need:
Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance, quantitative or technical field (math, statistics, and computer science) or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
5+ years of product management and product development experience.
Proven experience in successfully launching new products in multiple disciplines.
Strong understanding of product development process and methodologies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross functional teams.
Requires a high degree of independent decision making and problem-solving skills.
Advanced ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data preferred.
Advanced ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans.
Advanced technical skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and SQL preferred
Experience with Insurance, Travel, Financial, Automotive, Membership products and operations highly desired.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$129,400.00 - $172,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
