Position Summary
We’re currently looking for a Product Manager, APIs & Integrations to join our team, fully remote.
This role will be responsible for supporting and executing on our internal API platform, documentation, and third-party integrations roadmap. The Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality execution of integration initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of API and integration initiatives, including writing product requirements documents, defining user stories, and managing backlog prioritization.

  • Partner with Engineering to clarify technical requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of REST-based APIs and integration capabilities.

  • Maintain and update API documentation, migration guides, and enablement materials to support internal and external consumers.

  • Track and report on API adoption metrics, integration health, and delivery milestones; escalate risks early when timelines or scope are at risk.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Operations, Support, and Marketing to support successful releases.

  • Participate in recurring delivery and planning meetings; travel up to 10% may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or related experience supporting API, integration, or platform-based products.

  • Experience working with REST APIs, Postman, authentication methods (OAuth, token-based authentication), and API lifecycle concepts, along with the required documentation.

  • Experience writing product requirements documents and translating business needs into technical specifications.

  • Experience partnering directly with engineering teams in an Agile or Scrum delivery environment
