At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Qualia is looking for a Product Manager, API, and Connectivity to lead the discovery, sizing, and prioritization of new growth initiatives within the Resware business unit, specifically around connectivity and API’s. In this role, you will focus on creating value for our customers by identifying high-impact integrations, developing an API ecosystem, and leveraging opportunities to simplify, streamline, and de-risk title production. You’ll partner closely with our existing product managers and Engineering team—who will handle day-to-day execution—to ensure discovered opportunities transition seamlessly into reality, driving both customer impact and profitability. In short, we are looking for a Product Manager who will regularly release products that deliver value and “move the needle” on important metrics for our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Discover opportunities for improving our clients' workflows by working to understand our customers and analyzing market opportunities
  • Translate customer needs into best-in-class solutions
  • Plan and deliver the medium-term roadmap and prioritize product development that considers the immediate needs and long-term vision of the company
  • Write clear specifications and requirements that communicate problems, criteria, and context succinctly
  • Analyze adoption and engagement data to build iteratively based on new information.
  • Employ data-driven methods and user insights to validate product opportunities, ensuring they deliver more value to our customers
  • Work cross-functionally to negotiate and structure integration approaches, ensuring smooth technical implementation and go-to-market strategies
  • Proactively identify new features or integrations' technical, business, and regulatory risks
  • Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and present clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders
  • Establish success metrics (e.g., revenue, partnership uptake, user adoption) and measure impact post-launch. This includes responsibility for driving revenue through these products and managing pricing and margin for them
  • Use analytics and qualitative feedback to guide continuous improvement and future discovery efforts
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • 2-4 years of product management experience in vertically integrated B2B, with proven success in launching and growing technical products (APIs, MCP’s, or platform integrations)
  • Experience in the real estate, lending, or  insurance industries is a plus
  • Experience scoping, executing, and delivering products to market
  • Demonstrated ability to drive opportunity discovery from hypothesis to validation, aligning user needs with business objectives
  • You’re oriented towards solving problems through listening, disambiguating, asking questions, and negotiating trade-offs
  • Analytical and strategic with a proven track record of using data to validate assumptions
  • Experience working with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams; proficient at leading and influencing without direct authority
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience working with high-level decision-makers; adept at articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, bringing creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to pivot as needed

While this role is remote work eligible, we have three office locations in San Francisco, California, Concord, New Hampshire, and Austin, Texas.

This role has a base annual salary of $110,000-$130,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
