Key Responsibilities
Manage carrier relationships
Provide insights and actionable recommendations to support advisor and client experience improvements
Assist in due diligence of carriers, products and concepts
Support firm recruiting efforts
Develop effective and relevant advisor education and training opportunities
Guide carrier and product onboarding process
Provide support for annuity sales desk
Support annuity related initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years financial services experience, preferably in annuity product management
Excellent strategic and analytical skills to solve complex problems and identify new product solutions along with attention to detail and personal accountability
Relationship and Project Management experience preferably with background in annuities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to broker dealer responsibilities with regard to annuity products preferred
Active Series 7 or the ability to obtain within 120 days
