Job Title: Agentic AI Product Manager
Location: Remote/USA
Reports to: Agentic AI COE Leader

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Product Manager to drive the market launch and IP roadmap of our innovative AI-powered solutions collaborating with sales, marketing, consulting and development. This role will work closely with the Agentic AI COE Leader to transform cutting-edge technologies—including autonomous agents, LLMs, and multi-agent systems—into scalable, customer-centric products integrated with platforms like ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI product lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning technology capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Market Analysis

- Understand competitive market intelligence and conduct research to inform our AI roadmap and features while ensuring product/market fit.

- Define product requirements and roadmaps in partnership with the Agentic AI COE Leader and cross-functional teams that results in customer impact (cost reduction, time savings, strategic differentiation, etc.)

- Support the COE Leader in assessing AI innovation opportunities across industries. And translate strategic AI innovation goals into tangible product development initiatives.

- Identify use cases where agentic AI can enhance and/or orchestrate enterprise workflows, particularly on ServiceNow.

- Develop ROI models and frameworks for realizing value of our AI offerings and solutions

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with sales, solution consulting, design, engineering, data science, and ServiceNow platform teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities and IP

- Work closely with client-facing teams to identify POC’s opportunities, prioritize features, gather feedback and ensure adoption (i.e. production rollout) success.

- Work with our engineering teams to facilitate the agile development processes, define epics, elaborate user stories, translate and prioritize backlog and conduct retrospectives

AI IP Development

- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, ROI and business outcomes.

- Ensure products integrate seamlessly with ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SecOps).

- Oversee feature validation, testing, and iteration using agile methods and customer feedback.

Market Awareness & Launch

- Stay informed on emerging trends in agentic AI, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and enterprise automation.

- Evaluate and prioritize experimental ideas, proof-of-concepts, and beta features with our clients and partners.

- Participate and orchestrate market awareness events like webinars, client roundtables, analyst presentations, partner briefings, etc.  

- Assist in developing product marketing collateral such as data sheets, product positioning, FAQ’s, sales enablement, etc.

- Ensure product success in market measured by IP and services revenue from AI products and the number of production go-lives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software.

- 7+ years of experience in a consulting or a product company.

- Experience integrating AI solutions into platforms like ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, autonomous agents, and NLP.

- Experience with AI cloud services from AWS, Google GCP, Azure, etc.

- Experience in launching enterprise AI solutions with exposure to AI governance, ethics, responsibility, etc.

- Experience working in services or consulting environments preferred specifically with AI

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with ServiceNow’s AI features (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).

- Data Science and Python experience

- Understanding of MLOps lifecycle and human-in-the-loop design.

- Strong storytelling, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Industry knowledge in sectors such as BFSI and Telecom, is a plus.
