Wells Fargo's Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world.
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Solutions Specialist to join the Financial Institutions (FIG) team in the Global Payments and Liquidity line of business.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead and participate in client meetings
  • Partner with Proposal teams to enhance RFP and due-diligence responses, ensuring competitive and compelling positioning
  • Support active deal solutioning, advising treasury sales on how to best position products relative to competitors
  • Act as a treasury product expert and serve as a liaison between the product and sales organization
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends
  • Engage with the market by attending and presenting at conferences and authoring white papers
  • Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation
  • Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth
  • Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to lead and execute business growth strategies across complex product lines, with a focus on payments, liquidity, and treasury management
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies in financial services (e.g., ISO 20022, real-time payments, APIs)
  • Strong track record of cultivating and managing senior-level client relationships, with the ability to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various teams including Product, Sales, Technology, Risk, and Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with experience developing thought leadership content, white papers, and client presentations
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, or San Francisco, CA office approximately 3 days a week
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process
Pay Range:
  • Charlotte, NC: $159,000 - $254,000
  • New York, NY: $191,000 - $305,000
  • San Francisco, CA: $191,000 - $305,000
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
