The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, Connecticut, and London.
Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to:
  • Viewing Product Personalization II: The Viewing Product team in specific oversees the viewing experience for the company's Media Group portfolio that includes Peacock in the United States as well as NOW and SkyShowtime in international markets. Our 100+ person organization manages the end-to-end viewing platform, including playback, entitlement, session management, ads, quality of service, and the critical backend systems that enable seamless viewing experiences across devices. It includes design, engineering, data science, and product. As a Product Manager Intern on the Global Personalization team, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers and analysts to design and launch personalized content rails that help users discover shows and movies they'll love. You'll support the development of machine learning-powered experiences that make Peacock feel intuitive, relevant, and uniquely tailored to each viewer.
  • Commerce Experience Platform: The Publishing Tools team within Global Streaming Services delivers the capabilities that power engaging web merchandising experiences for Peacock, NOW, and SkyShowtime prospect sites, working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, Product, and Engineering partners. As the team modernizes workflows to drive greater automation and efficiency, the intern will contribute to initiatives that enhance day-to-day operations and optimize site performance to increase traffic. Responsibilities include analyzing page performance against core web vitals to support organic growth, building automated workflows to reduce manual effort, and developing reusable web page components and templates to enable rapid publishing. This team is responsible for shaping the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including the frameworks, governance, and coordination that align strategy with execution and enable Product Managers and Designers to work more effectively. The Product Operations Intern will partner closely with Product Operations Managers to enhance team operations by improving processes, organizing tools, and developing clear documentation and training materials. This role offers exposure to systems thinking and large-scale product development within a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, and is well-suited for a proactive, solution-oriented individual interested in how organizations scale product innovation.
  • Viewing Product Discovery: Content Discovery is responsible for guiding users to the best content for them through simple discovery journeys that showcase the freshness, depth, and breadth of Peacock. The team partners closely with Design, Research, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, and Editorial to improve how users browse, evaluate, and choose what to watch across TV, web, and mobile. This internship will provide exposure to end-to-end product development (problem framing, ideation, requirements, experimentation, and measurement) with a focus on the "discovery" portion of the customer journey-helping users find something they want to watch and reducing browsing fatigue/failed sessions.
  • O&T, DLS Product Management: This role sits within the Product team under Data & Legal Solutions (DLS), which partners across NBCU to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance business performance while managing risk and ensuring compliance. The DLS Product team focuses on AI, Privacy, and Compliance products that help the organization navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
