About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Executive Director to lead the Commercial Bank through the next phase of our product transformation. This role reports to the Head of Product of Inventory Finance and Commercial Auto and will be critical in driving strategic direction and delivering business impact. This role would lead a team of product owners and analysts to define and prioritize the product roadmap, working closely with partners across Technology, Business, other Products, and various other functional areas across the Commercial Bank.

    In this role, you will:

    • Rally the team and stakeholders around a product vision and influence prioritization across partner teams

    • Guide the team through translating customer insights into priorities and develop a strategic vision for the product that aligns with business direction

    • Define OKRs for your team that align to tangible business / customer / risk outcomes and manage towards delivering impact

    • Lead the team in conducting customer discovery to deeply understand the needs of our internal and external customers, including dealers, manufacturers, underwriters, portfolio managers, and more.

    • Understand and effectively leverage technology in product design

    • Effectively manage and develop the team and foster a culture of talent development

    • Manage the team with a risk-minded approach and care for governance and regulatory / risk / control needs

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of Product management, business strategy, operational efficiency, organizational transformation, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    • 3+ years of Management experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience in Financial Services / Commercial Banking / Supply Chain Financing
    • Experience managing a product management team composed of product managers and product analysts and overseeing several scrum teams, delivery leads, scrum masters, etc.

    Pay Range
     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

    $120,400.00 - $287,600.00
