About this role:

The Principal Business Execution Consultant is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for supporting CB CIPM Lending Enablement organization’s key initiatives, operation execution monitoring, vendor onboarding, organizational issue resolution, resource planning, people agenda, and coordinating with partners as appropriate to achieve our goals. The successful candidate will have a passion to create better business outcomes, working collaboratively to execute and deliver results.  They will be data-driven, with very strong listening and communication skills, excellent writing, and project management skills.  This leader must have the ability to engage across stakeholders, piece together information, motivate those stakeholders to work collaboratively and decisively to drive positive change. They also will need to have a proven ability to influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization to create engagement and drive results. This leader will have strong interpersonal effectiveness with an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen, along with a strong understanding and appreciation of controls and risk management.

In this role, you will:

  • Support planning and implementation of transformational initiatives by ensuring leadership buy-in, key stakeholder awareness, employee adoption, and overall organizational readiness and effective execution and sustained change.
  • Drive and execute Agile Transformation strategy and planning via a structured methodology, and partners with change management activities across multiple functions linked to transformational priorities.
  • Serve as Lending Enablement liaison and internal Agile Transformation partner with other lines of business.
  • Manage and lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Act as an advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and manage day-to-day operations for Lending Enablement.
  • Provide thought leadership in development of executive level packages, insights, and presentations, partnering with the capability leaders, and ensuring that the insights are aligned to the business needs.  
  • Assist in applying structured approach for transformation to product for teams in Product areas needing transformation to achieve improved and sustainable business results.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed, including RCSA
  • Lead project or systems delivery, and monitor and manage multiple project dependencies engagement and tracking matrix.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and credibility with a proven ability to influence broadly across a matrixed organization, create engagement, and drive results.
  • This candidate will be articulate and have strong interpersonal effectiveness with an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen.
  • Work in partnership with other senior members of the team to drive change and mentor/develop other team members that have diverse skillsets and backgrounds. Be proficient in engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders. ​
  • Work with Internal Risk and Controls teams to proactively identify risks and implement measures to mitigate them
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers to provide strategic consultation.
  • Improve the overall performance and delivery of Lending Enablement, working with key partners to deliver results.
  • Establish functional clarity around administrative/operational functions performed within Lending Enablement and those performed by partners, develop, and manage KPI’s for those functions and ensure optimal performance of those functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Program/Change Management, Agile Transformation, Technology Management experience
  • Experience managing a product management team composed of product managers and product analysts and overseeing several scrum teams, delivery leads, scrum masters, etc.
  • Experience leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams comprised of technology professionals, program managers, business operations executives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change, build effective partnerships, and manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus.
  • Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives.
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
