Key Responsibilities
The Product Manager Intern will focus on enhancing and automating deduplication and data migration reporting within RelativityOne’s Processing domain.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct customer interviews to uncover pain points and inefficiencies in current deduplication and data migration reporting processes.
Research and define requirements for a comprehensive, defensible Deduplication and Data Migration Report tailored for different geographies, ensuring robust chain-of-custody tracking.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to consolidate critical data fields (e.g., File ID, unified title, dedupe status) into a unified deduplication report.
Propose design to consolidate fragmented processing reports into a single, standardized, ready-to-use report that provides a clear overview of the file lifecycle, including detailed counts and statuses for all key file events and attributes (such as custodian, containers, corrupted files, deletions, exclusions, discovered files, duplicates, publishing errors, and more).
Propose solutions to flag and tag duplicates as they move to review, validating and defending each step of the file lifecycle to reduce manual workarounds.
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams for alignment and action.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred- Prior internship experience in Product Management, or a solid understanding of the product management discipline.
Preferred - Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Highly motivated, with a focus on execution and quality.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$43,000 and $55,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
