What you will do

As an Product Integration Manager, you will play an important role in managing and improving our existing integrations. You will coordinate all related activities, from troubleshooting and documentation to onboarding new integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of data flows, configuration tasks, and third-party collaborations. This is a cross-departmental role working with Customer Care, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Partnerships teams.

Where you will have impact

  • Manage and improve existing integrations, ensuring perfect data flow and system functionality.
  • Coordinate integration-related activities, including troubleshooting, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Sales, Support, Engineering, Partnerships) and external third party vendors to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
  • Clearly document technical processes and improvements for all stakeholders.
  • Participate in debugging and alignment calls, representing the integrations team and contributing to effective problem-solving. 
  • Prepare weekly reports on integration usage and performance.
  • Contribute to the integrations team's roadmap, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including setting clear expectations and communicating effectively.
  • Strong technical understanding of data flows, configuration tasks, and integration processes.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external collaborations.
  • Excellent documentation skills, focused on clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to read API specifications.

We welcome

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with analytical capabilities.

Technologies you will work with

As a Product Integration Manager you will work with a wide variety of technologies, including:

  • API (REST/SOAP) development and management tools, such as Swagger, Postman
  • Cloud-based as well as hosted hospitality systems
  • Issue tracking and documentation tool like Monday, JIRA and Confluence
  • Integration related outputs in JSON, XML, and other formats
