This is a Remote position.

What you will do:
- Focus on Major Account responsibilities for implementation of all installation and commissioning stages of product integration into the customer site.
- You will be single point of contact for ‘General Contractor’ approach to product installation and integration.
- Provide significant input to strategic development of installation strategy for the largest most critical accounts.
- Manage all activities from pre-delivery preparation through commissioning of the units at the customer site.
- Accountable for comprehensive asset site readiness to ensure a consistent, successful, and repeatable process is executed. This includes onsite support as appropriate as well as guided virtual oversight when needed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for emerging technology setup and issue resolution.
- You will have oversight of dealer readiness and installation certification adherence.
- Manage process to ensure initial product issues caught at PDI are captured, communicated appropriately, and permanent corrective action put into place prior to product install and customer exposure.
- Coordination with Fleet team where appropriate to ensure seamless service transition to Fleet process.
- A key issue is the ability to assess the true Company impact of critical customer service support situations and manage timely, properly balanced responses, often involving strong motivation of Hyster Yale and Nuvera design teams and suppliers.

- Interface with Major Account teams for customer specific requirements and initial product install account support.
- Perform special projects as assigned by Manager.
- Provide strategic input to overall process playbook for customer specific requirements on the largest most critical accounts.
- One who will have knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, mechanical construction, internal combustion engines and /or electric motors as applied to products marketed by HYMH brands.
- Manage all activities related to asset site readiness including both onsite and virtual oversight as appropriate. Single point of contact for all installation and integration asset readiness.
- Requires extensive operational knowledge of all Aftersales organization components.
- Requires highly developed communication skills and cultural understanding of different business practices.
- Self-confidence, assertiveness and a good intuitive feel for customer relationships are critical.
- Make timely sound decisions, which have high warranty and sales dollar impact.
What you will need:
- BS degree preferred.
- Five-Seven years of experience with degree.
- Ten plus years’ experience with-out degree
Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Expert in direct customer communication
- Knowledge of Hyster and Yale dealership organizations and their key personnel.
