Implementation Specialist
Myriad Genetics discovers, develops, and commercializes molecular genetic tests that determine the risk of developing disease, assess disease progression, and guide treatment decisions in Oncology, Women’s Health, and Mental Health. We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Clinical Interfaces & EMR Team. The Implementation Specialist role plays a crucial role in the success of Myriad’s integration implementations for our large health system/IDN accounts. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the customer relationship during implementation, coordinating internal stakeholders, and collaborating with the Myriad Technology, Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement teams.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Implementation Services (80%)
- Acts as point person for assigned Myriad implementations, working closely with account executives and EMR/interface project managers assigned to the account and aligning with other internal stakeholders as needed.
- Manages overall implementation project plan as well as regular status reports, keeping customer stakeholders aware of project progress and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely Go-Lives.
- Partners with customer for coordination and execution of end-user training to drive product adoption.
Integration Operations (20%)
- Documents lessons learned to improve future implementations and processes.
- Take customer feedback to help define needed features to feed the integration product roadmap.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- Certification in one or more Epic modules (Ex. Order Transmittal, Beaker, Ambulatory, Care Everywhere)
- Proven success leading HIT implementations across large, complex health systems – on client or vendor side
- Success managing competing priorities from a variety of internal and external stakeholders, focusing on customer success by maximizing utilization of current functionality while creating optimization plans to drive engagement as new functionality emerges
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate at multiple levels across the organization and with hospitals, healthcare practices and EMR vendors
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, interpersonal and project-related skills
- Travel: 10% of working time away from primary work location, may include overnight/weekend travel
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification - preferred
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce - preferred
- U.S. citizen or national
- Green Card holder
- Living full time in the USA
