WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the success of customer implementations and expansions, guiding projects from kickoff to go-live as a trusted advisor and project leader.
- Drive results by coordinating teams, managing risks, and keeping projects on track — always communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Connect the dots between customer systems and iQueue, partnering with IT teams to integrate data, complete analysis, and prepare environments for launch.
- Turn messy data into insights, ensuring EHR information is accurate, clean, and ready for our optimization algorithms.
- Be the voice of the customer, building strong relationships, solving problems proactively, and making sure our products deliver real operational improvement.
- Lead from the front during site visits (up to 20% travel), assessing workflows, supporting go-lives, and training teams hands-on.
- Tell the success stories — track key metrics, share updates with leadership, contribute to case studies, and celebrate wins.
- Shape the future by feeding customer insights into our product roadmap and improving how we implement and support customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree; strong preference for mathematics/statistics, engineering/physics, data science, healthcare or clinical field
- At least 2 years professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, project management, customer success, engineering, EHR, healthcare; we do consider candidates with limited experience if we see some extraordinary accomplishment(s)
- Work experience that is quantitative and data intensive, regardless of your educational background - it is critical for your success as a Product Implementation team member
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (how you write your resume and approach us is a good litmus test)
- A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention; you’re the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful
- Experience in project management and facilitating change management
- Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI)
