Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement, the Product Enablement Lead drives execution of high-impact enablement programs that turn product vision into field readiness—bridging strategy and execution to ensure teams are confident, credible, and aligned with our evolving platform roadmap. This remote role (New York preferred) requires in-person presence for key enablement trainings and is part of the Revenue Enablement Team within Product Marketing. The role is highly embedded in launch operations and plays a pivotal part in translating every product and feature into value while acting as the field’s authority on what’s changing, who needs to know, and how to activate impacted teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Anticipate and plan field readiness needs in partnership with GTM teams, translating strategic roadmaps into proactive enablement programs
  • Ensure comprehension of platform capabilities across the full lifecycle of the customer journey, from pre-sale to renewal
  • Translate all products and features—from Tier 1 launches to smaller enhancements—into clear value propositions for the field
  • Serve as the go-to expert for product strategy and field readiness, deeply embedded in launch operations to activate teams through change
  • Own end-to-end enablement strategy for product releases—aligning with launch operations, product marketing, Sales and Customer Success to scope, deploy, and continuously iterate based on real-world field impact
  • Scale a best-in-class enablement program that ensures high demo proficiency and product confidence across revenue teams
  • Design and manage onboarding and certification experiences that measure and grow product proficiency among new hires
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, GTM Operations, and Sales Leadership to align on messaging, timing, and delivery of enablement initiatives
  • Track and report on program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick model tiers and other KPIs to continuously improve impact

What Success Looks Like

  • 100% of GTM team demonstrates product proficiency on all Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases within two months of launch
  • Field teams demonstrate improved ability to position new products in competitive deals, reflected in increased win rates
  • Demo confidence and effectiveness scores improve quarter over quarter
  • Product-related knowledge assessments show measurable gains in retention and application
  • Onboarding certification completion rate exceeds 95% within first 60 days
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores show consistent value from enablement programs

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of collective experience across enablement, product management, product marketing, GTM strategy, Pre-sales, or Post-sales
  • Demonstrated ability to drive scalable enablement programs for complex products across multiple revenue segments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to synthesize product strategy into clear, actionable messaging for field teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience translating complex product features into compelling field-facing content and training
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience applying KPIs and impact models 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, mental health, or related industries with a strong understanding of behavioral health, employee benefits, and employer decision-making.
  • Ability to tackle large ambiguous challenges
  • Proficiency with enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Mindtickle) and conversational intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong)
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience enabling enterprise sales teams with technical products
  • Mastery of Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools

The target base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
