The Product Designer works with a team of designers, engineers, product, content designers, and researchers to deliver assigned design projects promptly and efficiently.
What You Will Do
- Architects and designs high-quality and engaged experiences for customers and associates.
- Leads multiple aspects of design projects within a single track of work within a platform or suite of products; completes projects for individual products or supports projects at the product group level. Assesses user needs for each project and line of business through discovery.
- Utilizes best practices to build user flows, wireframes, and design comps and low-fidelity prototypes to ensure products deliver optimal experience.
- Solves challenging design problems at a product level to improve product design.
- Utilizes variety of architecture, UI design, and graphic design skills to best meet varying business needs.
- Delivers quality, timely deliverables such as presentations, UI elements, wireframes, and production work to leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Manages visual and interactive creative assets, develops final solutions, and contributes to the Lowe's Design System to ensure reusability and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3 years of experience in user experience design
