About the role:

We're looking for a talented Product Designer who thrives on crafting clear, user-centered solutions. You will own the end-to-end design process, turning concepts into elegant web and iOS experiences. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to define workflows, set design standards, and ensure every touchpoint is thoughtful and impactful. This is a unique opportunity to shape the end-user experience and make a real difference in healthcare access.
At Getlabs, you will:
- Lead the design of key products with full ownership of web and mobile applications
- Craft intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences that resonate with our end users
- Work hands-on across UX, UI, and AI-enabled product initiatives
- Collaborate closely with a fast-moving, mission-driven team to explore and implement innovative solutions that drive impact for our patients, partners, and operations teams
- Continuously refine user journeys and interactions, ensuring clarity, ease of use, and delight
What we are looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing software products, with a compelling portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centered designs
- A self-starter with an owner mindset who thrives in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity and resource constraints
- Experience building products with reusable component design across multiple applications
- Strong listening skills to capture ideas from stakeholders, engineers, and the product team
- An open mindset to feedback and the ability to take constructive criticism to improve designs
