About the Role:
- As a Product Designer II, you have a solid grasp of the design process and are ready to take on more ownership. You will contribute to significant features, working within a cross-functional team to translate user needs and AI capabilities into intuitive and effective design solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end design process for small to medium-sized features, from user flows to high-fidelity prototypes
- Actively participate in user research to identify key insights and translate them into design decisions
- Regularly use AI as a tool to augment your design process, improving efficiency and exploring more creative solutions
- Contribute to designing AI-driven interactions, such as personalized content feeds or conversational UI elements
- Clearly articulate the rationale behind your design decisions to your team and stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of product design experience.
- A portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex user problems and highlights your design process.
- Some experience or a strong, demonstrated interest in designing AI-powered features.
- Growing autonomy and the ability to manage your own project timelines.
