At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. In less than 2 years, we have grown from an idea to a global team of over 100, with a business that is in the top-decile in terms of growth, and a remote-first team that has been self-described as high-trust, low ego, high output.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer II to lead the end-to-end design for critical parts of the Moxie Suite—delivering thoughtful, high-impact improvements to both the provider and MedSpa client experience.

You’ll also be stepping into a strategic design role with ownership across multiple projects, helping shape our roadmap, elevate design craft across the team, and drive clarity in collaboration with product and engineering partners.

You’ll join as an early member of the design team, at a time when your design decisions, systems thinking, and user intuition will directly shape the foundation of our product and team culture.

Our Objectives for the Role

  • Improve the provider and client UX: Design and ship intuitive, pixel-perfect features that solve user pain points and scale with the product.

  • Lead cross-functional discovery and definition: Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and support managers to identify the right problems to solve and build extensible design solutions.

  • Advance our design systems: Contribute to and evolve our Figma design system to support team velocity, consistency, and developer handoff.

  • Champion user insight: Proactively gather and synthesize user feedback—via interviews, support tickets, or usage data—to inform decisions and drive impact.

  • Drive strategic design thinking: Look ahead to what a world-class MedSpa platform could be, helping us define bold bets and shape future product directions.

We’re Looking For:

  • Strong UX craft and systems thinking: You’ve led or played a major role in end-to-end UX for complex tools, ideally serving both external users and internal teams. You think in systems and design for scale.

  • Proven ability to drive outcomes: You deliver high-quality work quickly and can point to real business or user impact (fewer support tickets, faster workflows, improved engagement).

  • Deep values alignment: You advocate for simplicity, push for the best solution (not just the fastest), and care deeply about user needs—especially under pressure.

  • Collaborative and proactive approach: You work well with PMs and engineers, seek out feedback, and make others better through clear communication and thoughtful design direction.

Why Join Us?

Above all, we’re in this to empower small business owners to own and grow their businesses. If we succeed, MedSpas will remain the opportunity for independent owner-operators instead of being dominated by a small number of large chains. If that speaks to you, speak to us.

  • A product users already love: We’ve found product-market fit with providers—your job is to build on that momentum and make the experience even better.

  • Early design influence: Help define not just what we build, but how we design and collaborate across the company.

  • Strategic seat at the table: You’ll shape product strategy and roadmap alongside the founding team.

  • Compensation & benefits: Competitive salary, stock options, and generous health/dental/vision coverage.

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included. We encourage people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply to our jobs. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know—we’re happy to assist.
