Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

As a Product Designer at Fueled, you will contribute to solving complex product challenges and shaping them into clear, high-value solutions, particularly within content-rich, CMS-driven environments. You will work closely with teammates and clients alike, helping shape experiences that ship, scale, and support structured content across digital products. This role is for a strong individual contributor who brings a thoughtful point of view, collaborative partnership, and attention to detail.

Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.

What you will do:
  • Design end-to-end experiences for content-rich, editorial, and information-heavy web and mobile products, often within CMS-driven and structured content environments.
  • Create and contribute to design systems and reusable patterns that support flexible content structures, ensuring scalability, consistency, polish, and long-term quality across projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-discipline teams, contributing to solutions that align product, engineering, and strategy toward cohesive outcomes, while exploring innovative approaches and challenging assumptions.
  • Support workshops and presentations as a key design contributor, building trust and credibility through clear storytelling, thoughtful communication, and demonstration of design impact.
  • Use motion and interaction design strategically to enhance clarity, guide user attention, and reinforce experiences in ways that communicate intent and craftsmanship.
What you will achieve:
  • Deliver design experiences that users trust and teams can scale, turning insight into intuitive solutions across flows, screens, and interactions.
  • Bring clarity to complex, ambiguous challenges, helping teams and clients move forward with confidence and reduced friction.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment, contributing to shared understanding and measurable progress across teams.
  • Build client confidence through thoughtful design contributions, clear communication, and well-presented ideas.
  • Advance the quality and consistency of design work across projects, using design systems, motion, and interaction to elevate outcomes.
About you:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in visual, product, or digital design.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, exploring complex challenges with curiosity and turning them into clear, value-driven product experiences, particularly within content-heavy or CMS-driven environments.
  • You’re excited by storytelling and strategy, articulating design decisions clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to alignment through thoughtful communication and shared problem-solving.
  • You bring a high level of care and attention to detail to your work, with pride for design quality, visual craft, interaction, and motion.
