We’re growing fast and looking for a Product Designer to join our Product & Design team and play a key role in scaling our product and defining the visual and functional future of OX. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering, helping us deliver value at scale and transform complex security challenges into intuitive user experiences. ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing
- Own the UX/UI lifecycle, leading the design and implementation of our core digital products from concept to launch.
- Act as a design champion, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex challenges into intuitive, elegant, and visually stunning solutions.
- Define the experience by creating high-fidelity wireframes, detailed user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes that inspire and communicate your vision.
- Leverage AI tools and processes to accelerate design iteration and enhance product capabilities.
- Drive design excellence by establishing, expanding, and meticulously maintaining our company-wide design system to guarantee visual consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Be data-informed by rigorously conducting user research and usability testing to gather critical insights, validate design decisions, and drive continuous iteration based on real-world feedback.
- Ignite innovation by consistently injecting fresh design trends, cutting-edge methodologies, and a passion for collaboration into our team culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or a similar role in a SaaS product environment.
- Experience in implementing AI in the UX/UI lifecycle in collaboration with PM and development.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UX methodologies, UI design principles, and a track record of delivering clean, functional designs.
- Proven ability to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless visual experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate design choices and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with high autonomy.
