  • Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the design strategy for our developer platform and marketplace.
  • Drive the design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, user-centric design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a high-end look and feel

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
  • 3+ years in leading a design team 
  • You have strong leadership and social skills
  • You have experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product teams.
  • You have a positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
  • You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • You are creative and an outside of the box thinker
