This role is a key execution position in the I2M framework. You will play a central role in delivering initiatives that impact business performance, learning how to manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholders' expectations. This role provides an ideal foundation for career growth in project and program management.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
- Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
What you will bring

- 2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.
