How you’ll make an impact

As a Product Architect, SaaS Platforms and Third-Party Apps, you’ll provide informal leadership and technical direction for a broad portfolio of modern technology solutions, including third-party applications, SaaS platforms and integrated enterprise services. You’ll assess technology opportunities, identify technical debt and security considerations, and help shape responsible roadmaps that support business outcomes.

You’ll be part of a team that manages a diverse technology portfolio and partners with peer architects, internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to plan, design, modernize and support solutions.

We’re looking for a collaborative technology leader who can connect business needs with practical, secure and scalable technology solutions. Someone who’s a strategic thinker, a strong communicator and a trusted partner who can guide technical decisions, support roadmap planning and help teams understand how platforms, applications and services work together across a complex technology environment.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, learning across different technology domains and helping others make confident technical decisions, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Provide architecture guidance, roadmap input and technology leadership across a broad product and platform portfolio
  • Provide architectural leadership by embedding Technology Enablement’s governance, security, risk and compliance principles into technology decisions and solution designs for assigned products, platforms and application services
  • Assess current technologies, identify opportunities for modernization and recommend roadmap priorities through a technical debt and security lens
  • Work with peer architects and internal technology teams to understand integration points across applications, APIs, networks, cybersecurity services and enterprise platforms
  • Provide informal leadership, coaching and mentorship to team members, creating a supportive environment where others can escalate issues, learn and make sound technical decisions
  • Collaborate with vendors and technical partners on documentation, support tickets, complex issue resolution, RFPs and software procurement activities
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, including modernization opportunities and AI-related solutions, and share relevant insights to support planning and delivery

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
  • At least seven years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience leading technology implementations, technology assessments or platform modernization initiatives
  • Knowledge of modern technology solutions and platforms, including third-party applications, SaaS environments and enterprise application services
  • Understanding of medium-enterprise IT architecture, including how applications and platforms connect through APIs and depend on network, cybersecurity and other technology services
  • Ability to assess technical debt, security considerations, operational risks and modernization opportunities to inform practical technology roadmaps
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and provide informal leadership, coaching and technical guidance to peers and team members

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working across a broad technology portfolio rather than within a single specialized technology pillar
  • Experience with Microsoft-related technologies, SaaS platforms, vendor-managed solutions or complex enterprise application environments
  • Agile experience or familiarity with Agile principles and delivery frameworks
  • Relevant technology certifications supported by applied experience, demonstrating continuous learning and professional development
