About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Account Opening and Maintenance team within the Wealth and Investment Management Division. Learn more about career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
• Manage the intake process for Account Opening and Maintenance initiatives
• Build and maintain Functional Data Dictionaries for Account Opening and Maintenance Applications
• Create training plan tailored for the onboarding of new team members
• Maintain and update application documentation, updating user guides and process materials following system changes to ensure accurate and current usage instructions
• Complete discovery work for Account Opening and Maintenance initiatives and enhancements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement by reviewing current processes and analyzing business metrics
• Review and research strategies and action plans for Account Opening and Maintenance initiatives
• Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, evaluate the effectiveness of support function, and identify business performance improvement opportunities to risk management
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualification:
• 2+ years of product experience
• 2+ years of Account Opening experience
• Experience with Agile tools such as Confluence or Jira
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end process flows and control structures (Visio)
• Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge and understanding of business requirements writing, gathering and analysis
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
• This position provides a hybrid work schedule for the posted locations.
• This position is not eligible for relocation
