We’re looking for a Product Analyst III to help drive key product decisions through deep analytical insights and rigorous measurement. If you love designing tests and turning analysis into tangible business results, this role could be for you.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct analysis and design tests to support new product launches, drive improvements to existing features, and inform the product roadmap
- You’ll get to solve highly analytical problems and have a direct impact on the future of the Credit Karma product
- The role is highly cross-functional, which means you get to work with product, marketing, engineering, business development, and data science
- You’ll serve as an influential sounding board for leadership and help apply a high level of rigour to decision-making
- Your work will help us design better products, improve user experience, optimize marketing programs, and inform overall business strategy

What we expect:
- 4+ years of analytics experience
- 3+ years of experience with SQL
- 3+ years of experience with A/B testing and/or statistical analysis
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker for insight synthesis and presentation
- 2+ years of experience with Python or R for automation and advanced analytics
- 2+ years of experience with Google BigQuery
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and visualization skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software development a huge plus, especially in building automation and predictive models
- Background in technology and/or financial services is a plus
- Ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business
- Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results clearly, succinctly and confidently in verbal and written communications
- Strong problem-solver able to identify opportunities for growth or improvement to advance the goals of our both our partners and our business
- Ability to independently thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
- Ability to work cross functionally and assert influence internally/externally
