Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) to support the IRCSC (Interiors Responsibility Center) based out of Ladson, South Carolina on variable shift.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
  • Provides objective evidence of results
  • Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring
  • Identifies and documents discrepancies
  • Segregates and controls non-conforming items
  • Performs preliminary review of non-conformance
  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 1+ year of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
  • 1+ year of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing and able to work a variable shift
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ year of experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis
  • 1+ year of fabrication experience
  • 1+ year of experience using Velocity and CMES systems experience
  • 1+ year of experience working in a cross-functional work environment
  • 1+ year of experience in a formal or information team leadership role

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $55,500 - $65,500
