SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on enabling Wiz and its teams to do their best work by managing purchase requests and orders and working closely with external and internal stakeholders. 

We are currently focused on candidates located on the East Coast.

Location
We are focused on candidates located in Eastern time zone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Global indirect purchasing focal point: manage Purchase Orders end to end
  • Reduce company costs & improve terms.
  • Handle negotiations and contracts end to end, working with all relevant stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc)
  • Work with all the relevant stakeholders (Business owner, Legal, Finance, Security, etc.)
  • Provide excellent service to the relevant departments.
  • Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Zip)
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations is a plus.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range

$114,000$156,000 USD
