Procurement Specialist Marketing & Sales CZ/SK/HU

Job Description
The role of the Procurement Specialist is to act as a point of contact towards the internal customer for Procurement related questions, support local purchasing requests in collaboration with the Spend Area management organization and centralized support functions, and manage efficient contracts implementation and acceptance on site, related to one or several sites.
In this particular case you will be responsible for indirects for Marketing & Sales.
How you will contribute

• Link with stakeholders proactively to understand business needs, facilitate or form a link between the local business users or Master Shoppers and the Procurement organization.
• Lead local contract implementation tasks in alignment with Spend Area Managers and users such as: execute contract implementation plan, prepare and execute training for the end users, promote the use of global or regional contracts, lead the phase out of the old contracts and procedures
• Support Strategic Sourcing and own local sourcing: gather local internal customers' requirements, provide insights on local supplier market, negotiate local conditions (local purchase agreement) for regionaly/globaly driven contracts, identify with stakeholders any local legal requirements that necessitate an adaptation of the contract.

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

• Procurement, Marketing or Sales
• Fluent English, Czech or Slovak is an advantage
• Communication and interpersonal skills that help you be proactive and manage stakeholders

The role is a maternity/paternal leave rover (temporary assignment).

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting at 2,200 €, plus bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate.
