JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Contract Specialist to support our Procurement Category Management team on a contingent basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in reviewing, and redlining procurement-related agreements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, risk tolerance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Review 
  • Review, and redline a wide range of procurement contracts, including:
    • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
    • Statements of Work (SOWs)
    • Amendments and Change Orders
    • Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Ensure contract terms comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
  • Propose commercially sound alternatives to protect the company’s best interests.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, and version control.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing guidelines, and approval workflows.  Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities.
