Position Overview
The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for energy projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders and track the status of orders until delivery.
- Budgeting: Ensure purchases stay within project budgets and follow procurement policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of purchases and vendor contracts.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25+ per hour (depending on experience).
