The Process Performance Manager is tasked with implementing, training, and demonstrating best practices around our Dealer Partner’s Sales Process. Key activities will include sales consultant onboarding, inspecting process expectations, providing coaching and development, demonstrating phone follow up, internet appointment setting, maximizing equity mining tools for success and the customer experience from internet to in showroom. This role will also require clear communication to internal and external leadership, including daily reports, monthly review meetings, and quarterly executive business reviews.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on one on one and group training in dealership settings
Participate in “show me” activities (Appointment Setting, Phone Handling, Email Etiquette, In store Handoff)
Create meaningful relationships within our Dealer Partner’s organization
Embrace a start-up mentality
Effectively communicate internally and externally
Identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Demonstrate accountability
Analyze key reports and data
Qualifications:
Must have variable sales operations experience including sales or internet/BDC
A passion and interest in the automotive industry
Ability to roll up sleeves for tactical work, while understanding the impact on the big picture
Must have an ability to quickly build rapport and align with dealership personnel
Open to relocation or currently residing in the Charlotte or Raleigh, NC area
