Position Summary

We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist – Supply Chain Operations with deep expertise in hardware manufacturing supply chains and a proven track record of driving process improvements through technology and process redesign. This role will play a critical part in standardizing, optimizing, and scaling supply chain processes to support business growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong ERP experience (preferably Oracle), understands end‑to‑end manufacturing and supply chain workflows, and can lead initiatives that translate business needs into efficient, system-enabled solutions.

This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to deliver sustainable process improvements aligned with enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis & Mapping: Analyze, document, and assess end‑to‑end supply chain and manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Process & Technology Enablement: Lead initiatives to improve supply chain operations through technology adoption, ERP optimization, and process redesign, ensuring solutions are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with best practices.
  • ERP & Systems Collaboration: Partner with business and IT teams to design and improve processes within ERP systems (Oracle preferred), ensuring configurations support operational needs and industry standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Policy, SOP & Work Instruction Development: Develop, standardize, and maintain policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions to drive consistency, compliance, and operational clarity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and cycle times across supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Project & Initiative Support: Support cross‑functional initiatives by providing supply chain process expertise, ensuring system and process changes align with business objectives.
  • Controls & Compliance: Identify, document, and embed process controls to mitigate risk and support compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Change Management & Training: Lead process change communication and training efforts to drive adoption and ensure stakeholders understand new ways of working.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in process improvement or supply chain operations, preferably within a hardware manufacturing environment.
  • Subject matter expertise in manufacturing supply chain processes, ideally supporting hardware or IT server manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle (NetSuite experience a plus), within a manufacturing or supply chain context.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
