As our GenAI Standardization Process Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the R37 Lab to revolutionize the Healthcare Revenue Cycle. Every day you will work closely with both external vendors and internal partners to assess, optimize, and implement new and existing workflows, contributing to the development of a GenAI-enabled product platform. To thrive in this role you must, have an analytical mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a drive for innovation.

Here’s what you will experience working as a (position title):

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to standardize processes, policies, and innovative workflows.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure accuracy, quality, and performance outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a passion for experimenting with and adopting new technologies.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, growth opportunities and generate value.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of new workflows, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Produce deliverables such as process flows, standard operating procedures, comprehensive reports, and presentations to effectively communicate findings, analytics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Design and document efficient workflows.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, as required (25-50%).

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, including revenue cycle management, provider, payer, or vendor roles.
  • Expertise in Project Management, Process Optimization, Data Analysis, and Change Management.
  • Proven track record in quality and operational improvements, with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $84,456.00 - $139,823.91 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
