At Pendo, we help companies build software their users love. We’re looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead Product Enablement - a strategic, high-impact role that shapes how our GTM teams learn, position, and sell the Pendo platform.

You’ll design the programs, systems, and training that ensure every seller, CSM, and marketer deeply understands the Pendo product and can articulate its value with confidence. This is an individual contributor role for a strategic builder: someone who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement, product marketing, and education.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to define how Pendo’s GTM teams learn and communicate our product’s value.
  • Design and launch quarterly learning curriculums aligned to business goals and product launches.
  • Build and scale a Product Education program that helps GTM teams ramp faster and stay sharp on product updates.
  • Run engaging, well-structured live trainings that simplify complex products and motivate sellers.
  • Own and evolve enablement platforms such as Seismic and Docebo for product learning and certification.
  • Build feedback loops with Sales and Product leaders to continuously improve training and content.
  • Measure program success and optimize for impact on seller performance and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the PMM team to ensure enablement content and collateral align to product positioning and GTM strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years in program management, product enablement, or product marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven success building scalable enablement programs that drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Deep empathy for sellers and customer-facing teams — you understand what motivates them and how they learn.
  • Experience with enablement systems like Seismic, Highspot, or Docebo.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for current or future sponsorship.

Position Criteria:

  • Ability to translate technical product concepts into clear, value-driven storytelling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — confident leading live training sessions that engage and inspire.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — a builder who can juggle multiple programs and deadlines with ease.
  • Excellent collaborator with Product, Sales, and Marketing; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
