- Job Requirements:
- Four-year degree or better in a technical discipline (classic sciences or engineering)
- 5+ experience in a manufacturing or consulting/engineering setting working with various environmental compliance media: air emissions permitting & reporting, hazardous waste management and reporting, compliance with wastewater and stormwater requirements, knowledge of Emergency Planning & Community Right-to-Know requirements, other similar environmental compliance programs, etc.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software tools.
- Other duties as required.
Specific Education:

Requires Bachelor of Science degree plus 5 years of experience; Masters degree plus 3 years of experience; PhD plus 0 years of experience

Requires Bachelor of Science degree plus 9 years of experience; Masters degree plus 7 years of experience; PhD plus 4 years of experience

- Experience and practical expertise with reading/interpreting environmental regulations and communicating with environmental regulators
- Experience working with Arizona/Maricopa County environmental regulations and agencies considered a plus.
Salary Range: $84,200.00 - $126,400.00Salary Range 2: $104,400.00 - $156,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
