- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Identity and Access Management solutions across the MasterControl platform.
- Lead the development of a scalable IdP solution using Keycloak, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards.
- Drive federated identity integrations with third-party providers such as Okta, Azure AD, PingFederate, and ADFS.
- Define and prioritize requirements for authentication, authorization, user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and SCIM integration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, security, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver secure and high-performing IAM services.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and related identity standards.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and communicate them to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance MasterControl’s identity platform.
- Champion IAM best practices in compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO, GxP) where applicable.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on IAM or security platform products.
- Proven experience designing and delivering identity solutions using Keycloak or comparable open-source IdPs.
- Deep familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and federated identity models.
- Hands-on experience integrating with enterprise IdPs such as Okta, Azure AD, PingFederate, ADFS.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering on system architecture and APIs.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of SCIM, RBAC/ABAC models, and identity governance principles.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes).

- Primarily sedentary work with frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
- Occasional lifting or moving of computer equipment or other objects up to 25 pounds may be required.
- Standard office environment with potential for remote work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000- $270,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
