About the Role

The Principal Solution Architect is a senior software engineer that will build the architecture of solutions for our customers. The Solutions Architect will be working hand-in-hand with Sales Engineers and enterprise customers to design smart, scalable automation architectures. This role is about connecting deep technical understanding with business insights, crafting solutions that deliver value to the customer while keeping development efficiency and long-term maintainability.

The role is based in the U.S. and requires candidates to already have valid work authorization

  • 5+ years as a software engineer experience, including production-grade systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Strong system design skills, including tradeoff analysis between scalability, complexity, and maintainability.
  • Proven experience with automation, API integrations, and security technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead high-stakes conversations with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience supporting SOW development and effort estimation for enterprise projects.
  • Comfortable influencing across functions: Sales, Engineering, CS, and Product.
