Job Description:

Support the development and maintenance of Unity game engine using C#. Implement and utilize design patterns to ensure efficient and maintainable code. Develop and optimize shaders using Shadr Graph and HLSL. Work with OpenXR to integrate and optimize VR / AR experiences. Manage and maintain source control repositories (e.g., Source Tree). Collaborate with existing team to design, develop, and deploy new features. Ensure code quality and consistency through proper formatting and adherence to best practices. Debug and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience OR 9 years in lieu of degree.

Must be a US Citizen

Must be able to obtain a Secret Level Clearance within a reasonable amount of time

Must have at least 2 years current experience using C# programming language

Salary Range: $82,000.00 - $126,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date. However, this timeline may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
