The Role

As a Principal Product Manager at LearnLux, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of our product suite, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable outcomes for our clients and users. This role is focused on navigating ambiguity, clarifying priorities, and aligning cross-functional teams around the most impactful business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in scaling the LearnLux platform globally while enhancing our ability to deliver financial wellness at scale.

In this role, you’ll champion product best practices and help cultivate a culture focused on problem discovery, clarity, and execution. You’ll work on complex challenges that come with scaling a global platform—navigating ambiguity, aligning teams, and prioritizing the most impactful opportunities to drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll work directly with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build a platform that impacts the financial lives of millions around the world.

Here, you’ll have the autonomy to lead high-impact initiatives, create clarity in complex situations, and influence the broader direction of the company. This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a 12+ month product strategy aligned with company priorities and market needs.
  • Drive clarity and prioritization across ambiguous and evolving problem spaces.
  • Emphasize scalability, engagement, and value creation for clients, users, and financial planners.
  • Stay attuned to user needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, particularly in the global financial wellness and enterprise SaaS space.
  • Identify and articulate the most impactful business opportunities across product offerings.
  • Champion an outcome-driven approach using metrics like engagement, NPS, and ARR.
  • Leverage qualitative user insights to inform product decisions and strategic bets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams around product vision, goals, and execution plans.
  • Create clear narratives and documentation to drive shared understanding across teams.
  • Develop materials to support product rollouts and enable client-facing teams (Sales and Client Success) for successful GTMs.
  • Represent product strategy and outcomes to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven success in resolving ambiguity and leading high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong track record of identifying and executing against high-leverage business opportunities.
  • Experience building and scaling products for multiple personas in a B2B/B2B2C environment (e.g., enterprise clients, employees, internal stakeholders).
  • Experience designing and launching products for a global user base, with attention to localization, scalability, and regional needs.
  • Deep understanding of agile development and modern product discovery practices.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear action.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and connecting strategy to KPIs such as ARR, NRR, and engagement metrics.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leveraging AI tooling to enhance personal productivity, team innovation, and product engagement.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
