In this role, you can expect to:

  • Own pricing and packaging of your product as a standalone SKU (including sales enablement, marketing, customer trials, and partnership opportunities).

  • Regularly engage our customers via video conversations, emails, and in-person visits (10% travel) to understand their needs, as well as validate our proposed solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives.

  • Become the expert and point of contact of your product for internal and external questions, feedback, and requests.

What’s Important for this Role:
  • Over 10 years of product leadership experience guiding API, SDK, and data products through full discovery, development, launch, and adoption in the B2B space.

  • Demonstrated technical depth with the ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Strong customer orientation with a focus on understanding user problems and delivering thoughtful, intuitive product experiences.

  • Data-driven decision maker with advanced analytical skills and a track record of using evidence to evaluate product quality and inform next steps.

  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely across broad audiences, including FAQs, roadmaps, and business cases.

  • Proven ownership mindset with the ability to independently build, execute, and iterate on product strategies with minimal direction.

  • Ability to simplify complex challenges and identify the most efficient, high-impact solutions for customers.

  • Go-to-market leader with experience owning pricing and packaging and developing strategies that successfully scale product adoption.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with AI/ML teams and a passion for the navigation and search domain space.
