About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our internal intelligence data initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our data ontology, optimizing data systems, and enabling multiple product groups to better leverage intelligence data across our product portfolio. This role is focused on enabling internal stakeholders, both data producers and data consumers. This is a strategic position that will directly impact CrowdStrike's ability to deliver the next revolution in industry-leading threat intelligence capabilities to our customers.
What You'll Do:
Lead the redesign and standardization of our data ontology to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across the organization
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to improve our data systems architecture, focusing on scalability, performance, and integration
Partner with multiple product teams to understand their intelligence data needs and create solutions that enable them to better utilize threat intelligence in their products
Define product requirements, create roadmaps, and prioritize features that enhance our intelligence data capabilities
Collaborate with engineering, data science, threat hunters, and threat intelligence to deliver cohesive data structures
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of data initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Advocate for internal users and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are represented in product decisions
Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and departments
What You'll Need:
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data systems, intelligence platforms, or similar complex data products
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale data transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of data architecture, ontologies, taxonomies, and metadata management
Experience working with threat intelligence, security data, or similar complex data domains
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
Preferred:
Experience in cybersecurity industry or with security products
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework, threat intelligence platforms, or security operations
Experience with graph databases, data lakes, and modern data architectures
Background in data governance, data quality management, or master data management

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $155,000 - $255,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
