What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology & analytics consulting, technical pre-sales, product management, and/or customer-facing data science roles
  • Proven track record of leading development and launch of successful data-driven products
  • Understanding of data analytics, machine learning, applied AI, and statistical modeling techniques
  • Background in Credit and Non-Credit based offering and knowledge of FCRA regulations
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
  • Experience in applying user centric design principles to meet user’s needs
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and developing MVP’s to test and validate concepts
  • Proactively stays current on industry trends & market research to inform product innovation decisions

      Impact You'll Make:

      • Lead the scoping and delivery of new solutions and enhancements under the TruIQ product suite. The TruIQ product suite is comprised of four main SaaS offerings that assist our clients with credit-based Analytics, Marketing, and Account Management. The products include Data Science, Segmentation, Reporting, and Activation SaaS tools that are connected to TransUnion’s vast Data Ecosystem.

      • Your accountability will be to partner with our Solutions team, Sales, and Engineering to craft solutions and orchestrate the delivery of future roadmap capabilities.  

      • This role demands a unique blend of business acumen, data science experience, product management proficiency, and expert customer and stakeholder engagement skills. A background in Credit and Non-Credit Data Marketing, FCRA  regulations, and a technical fortitude of building and managing SaaS and CDW product offerings is a plus but not required. With a recent emphasis on expanding TruIQ internationally, this position will work with  our international partners across the globe to launch these products in their regions and instances of OneTru.

      • Technical Product Management plays a critical role in TransUnion functioning as the conduit between our Sales, Solutions, Engineering, and Data Science Organizations. Our strategy teams define the “what and why” requirements and the TPM role partners with Engineering and Data Science on defining and executing the “how” requirements that power our Solutions.

      • The TruIQ product offering is in its infancy with high growth and revenue expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of leading innovation at TransUnion.       • Product Innovation & Development: Lead the ideation, research, and development of new product concepts leveraging our innovative solution enablement platform, OneTru, within the information services and SaaS domain.

      • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with tight cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketing, and sales, to ensure rapid product incubation and execution

      • User Experiences: Ability to take a customer back approach with various User Profiles to design seamless customer experiences that delight our clients.

      • Operational Support and System Tuning: Ensure operational readiness for executing activities required for onboarding and managing client processes, and the product is tuned for scale and reliability.

      • AI and Machine Learning: With the rapid adoption of AI and Machine Learning, TransUnion is committed to being at the forefront of leveraging these technologies to improve the overall performance of our business.

      • Customer and Solution Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify unique customer needs. Craft compelling sales presentations to promote novel product ideas.

      • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators for product success. Adjust strategies based on data-drive insights & feedback to optimize product/system performance and customer satisfaction

      This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

      Pay Scale Information :

      The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

      Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
