The Principal GTM Finance Strategist team member will be a strategic partner to Go-to-Market executives and play a critical role in supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will play a pivotal role in managing high-profile projects, providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and operational support to drive revenue growth and optimize financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GTM Finance or Sales Operations, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Advisor, working collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Ops teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Sales funnel and build financial models to evaluate sales and marketing initiatives, ROI on campaigns, and customer lifetime value.
Leverage expertise in subscription / SaaS businesses to improve ARR analysis and modeling.
Partner with Sales Operations to drive global quota capacity planning across roles and regions based on sales productivity metrics.
Steer the GTM strategy by delivering actionable financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive revenue growth.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational rigor.
Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other executive-level reports.
Principal GTM Finance Strategist: $144,500 - $175,950 Base Salary
Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases
Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation
Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role
Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in finance or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and financial planning.
Analytical skills: Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.
Finance minded with strong operational focus to drive process, systems, and execution in a scalable and repeatable way.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, including simplifying and distilling complex business information into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
In-depth knowledge of Financial Planning Software, Salesforce, Xactly, and Clari.
