Principal GTM Data & Operations Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced analyst to take ownership of high-impact analytics and operations projects. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in all aspects of GTM operations and analytics, including performance reporting, territory planning, pipeline support and strategic planning/forecasting. Forming connections with key leaders across revenue operations, sales, marketing and engineering will also be a major component of this high-value role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but has a strong desire to lead others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own strategic operations projects including territory planning and forecasting.
• Lead the design and implementation of data models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Build and strengthen connections across the entire company.
• Write and maintain high-quality SQL and dbt models aligned with business logic.
• Define core success metrics for Sales and Marketing in collaboration with leadership.
• Conduct advanced analyses that directly influence strategic decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes as the team grows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, ideally supporting go-to-market functions.
• Strong experience in GTM and Revenue operations, with exposure to large enterprise teams.
• Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and analytics tooling.
• Experience with modern analytics workflows including dbt and git.
• Ability to operate independently, set priorities, and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated potential or prior experience in team leadership and mentorship.



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
