Superside is looking for an experienced and results-driven Principal Field Marketing Manager to scale our field marketing efforts and help accelerate growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of ABM and Field Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact events, trade shows, and VIP experiences that drive pipeline and strengthen our presence in the enterprise space.
This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and the potential to grow into a leadership position. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to translate events into revenue, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and scale Superside’s field marketing strategy, with a focus on revenue-driving events and executive experiences.
- Own end-to-end event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and budget tracking.
- Design and deliver premium in-person experiences for high-value prospects and existing customers.
- Lead Superside’s trade show presence—from booth execution to staffing, campaign alignment, and ROI measurement.
- Partner with Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success to drive attendance, book meetings, and convert event engagement into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to build integrated, multi-touch campaigns around each event.
- Track and report on performance metrics such as pipeline generation, cost per opportunity, and influenced revenue.
- Build scalable playbooks and operational processes to expand field marketing across new markets and teams.
- Bring creative thinking to every event touchpoint to ensure brand consistency and differentiation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or similar roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven success planning and executing events that deliver pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
- Creative, customer-focused mindset with a passion for standout brand experiences.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail across multiple events and priorities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% of your time for events and onsite activations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite.
