Databricks is seeking an accomplished Principal Digital Marketing Manager to drive and scale our digital marketing initiatives across the Americas region. This pivotal role will focus on orchestrating high-impact, cross-channel digital strategies—including Target Account Marketing for priority accounts and innovative digital campaigns for flagship events like our annual Data & AI Summit & World Tour. You will collaborate closely with field marketing, corporate events and integrated marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes, optimize the customer journey, and elevate Databricks’ presence in key markets.

The impact you will have:

  • Americas Digital Strategy: Serve as the digital marketing subject matter expert for the Americas, educating and empowering regional stakeholders on media channel capabilities and impact.
  • Target Account Marketing: Design and execute sophisticated programs targeting high-value accounts. Partner with sales and field marketing to develop personalized, multi-touch campaigns that accelerate engagement and pipeline within strategic enterprise segments.
  • Event Digital Promotion Strategy: Lead the digital strategy for large-scale corporate events, including our annual Data & AI Summit & World Tour. Develop and execute a cross-channel digital campaign to drive awareness, registration, and engagement among priority audiences.
  • Cross-Channel Campaign Orchestration: In partnership with the global digital team and agency partners, expand and localize campaigns across new categories, markets, and languages—ensuring seamless customer journeys tailored to regional nuances.
  • Media Optimization & Innovation: Bring deep expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Third-party Media to optimize our media mix for the Americas region. Analyze performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement innovative approaches to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Oversee and present comprehensive performance and pacing for the Americas region. Deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership, driving continuous improvement.
  • Regional Campaign Development: Collaborate with field marketing to develop and execute campaigns that address local market needs and business objectives.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Consistently exceed lead generation and pipeline goals for the Americas, with a focus on priority markets and accounts. Drive continuous funnel optimization and increased velocity by implementing targeted nurture programs, and conversion rate improvements, to accelerate prospects through each stage of the funnel.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Target Account Marketing strategies for enterprise-level organizations.
  • Experience designing and executing digital strategies for large-scale corporate events.
  • Strong background in leveraging complex data sets and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and share compelling insights.
  • Deep knowledge of scaling digital media programs across multiple countries and languages within the Americas region.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments is preferred.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
