What you will do

As a Principal Consultant at Bryant Park Consulting, you will serve as a strategic partner and lead advisor on full-cycle NetSuite implementations, with a specialized focus on Field Services Management (FSM). Your deep knowledge of FSM within the NetSuite ecosystem will be instrumental in shaping internal best practices, go-to-market strategies, and implementation methodologies for FSM clients. You’re not only a skilled consultant—you’re a proactive problem-solver, a mentor, and a trusted leader both internally and externally.

You’ll lead clients through their digital transformation journey, guiding system design, process optimization, and implementation while contributing thought leadership to elevate Bryant Park Consulting’s FSM capabilities. In times of escalations or ambiguity, your calm and diplomatic approach will keep stakeholders focused, informed, and confident.

This role blends your technical and functional expertise, requiring deep understanding of NetSuite modules, JSON file interpretation, and professional skills in documentation, delegation, and team leadership.

  • Serve as the lead consultant on end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, especially those with FSM components
  • Design and evolve Bryant Park Consulting’s FSM implementation framework, contributing best practices and repeatable tools for future engagements
  • Provide thought leadership and expert guidance to clients on both NetSuite core modules and FSM-specific functionality
  • Drive discovery and requirements-gathering workshops, commonly with a focus on field service business models and pain points
  • Lead business process re-engineering and design future-state operating models tailored to client industry and goals
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient NetSuite solutions, including interpreting and working with JSON and external data integrations
  • Guide clients through configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), training (EUT), and go-live execution
  • Serve as calm and credible presence during escalations, de-escalating issues and communicating solutions with clarity and poise
  • Own project delivery timeline, deliverables, and budget; guide the project team and delegate tasks effectively while maintaining project quality
  • Produce high-quality documentation across requirements, configurations, system design, and testing protocols
  • Drive data migration strategy and execution, with a hands-on approach to complex data loads and validation
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants, sharing FSM expertise and implementation insights
  • Partner with technical teams on SuiteScript, integrations, and other SuiteCloud custom solutions
  • Lead or support internal initiatives, such as enablement programs, intellectual property development, and strategic client pursuit efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with 8+ full life cycle implementations, including NetSuite FSM
  • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Field Services Management operations, workflows, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile technician integration
  • Proactive, empathetic communicator with excellent client management, conflict resolution, and escalation handling abilities
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry-specific experience
  • Working knowledge of JSON structure and formatting, for integrations and troubleshooting
  • Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
  • Strong proficiency in business documentation, process maps, system design specs, and configuration guides
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and delegate across multifunctional consulting teams
  • Capable project leader across Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support stages
  • Organizational and time management skills essential in fast-paced, virtual consulting environment
  • Eagerness to mentor peers and coach junior team members

Desirable:

  • Advanced NetSuite Module Experience: Multi-book Accounting, NetSuite Projects, SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Zone & Co products (i.e. ZoneBilling, ZoneCapture, ZoneApprovals, etc.), NetGain products (i.e. NetAsset, NetLease, NetCash, etc.)
  • Integration toolset expertise with Celigo, Dell Boomi, or Workato
  • Certified NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer (are you 'techno-functional'?)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Audit Experience
  • MBA, Masters, or other advanced degrees

Salary Range: $130,000 to $170,000
